AVS students demonstrate knowledge of physical fitness concepts,
principles, and strategies to improve health and performance during this course. In addition, students demonstrate motor skills and movement patterns needed to perform a variety of physical activities. Students are encouraged to join the AVS running club and take part in various team activities during structured P.E. time, as well as at recess times. Through encouragement, perseverance, and support students accomplish physical fitness goals and set new ones.
